This space is for individuals and couples who are going through moments when something no longer fits, keeps repeating, or feels heavier than they can hold on their own.

This may include emotional crises, relationship difficulties, periods of change, a sense of inner disconnection, or experiences of pain that need to be understood more deeply.

I offer therapeutic support grounded in attentive listening, safety, and confidentiality, creating a space where it is possible to slow down, explore what is happening, and put words to the experience without judgment or urgency.


My work follows an integrative approach that considers thoughts, emotions, the body, and personal and relational history, allowing for a broader understanding of what is unfolding and fostering a more conscious and compassionate relationship with oneself and with others.


This is a space to understand, organize, and make sense of what is being lived, while respecting the pace of each individual and relational process.
