INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

The foundation of my work is an integrative psychotherapeutic approach. This means accompanying you while holding a broad and holistic view of your experience: how you think, how you feel, the physical sensations you notice, and the life context you are currently in.


We work by bringing these different aspects together in order to deepen self-understanding, make sense of what you are experiencing, and support processes of personal change and growth.

This is not a space where emotions are avoided or sensations are meant to disappear. Rather, we gently move toward them with curiosity and respect, allowing them to be understood so you can relate to yourself in a more conscious and compassionate way.


Individual sessions last 50–55 minutes and can take place in person or online, through a secure platform.

The first session is an exploratory session. It is a space to get to know each other, to talk about what brings you to therapy, your past experiences, your present situation, and the goals or expectations you may have. You will also have the opportunity to understand my way of working and ask any questions you might have.

From there, we define together the focus of the process, the session frequency, and the practical aspects of the work, always respecting your rhythm and individual needs.


For me, it is important that each session offers something meaningful for you to take with you, whether that is greater clarity, a new insight, a different felt sense, or practical tools that help you navigate what you are experiencing outside the therapeutic space.

Just as the beginning of a therapeutic process is important, the ending is as well. The closing of a process offers time to reflect, integrate what has been lived, and acknowledge the path that has been walked.

I offer a space grounded in acceptance, transparency, commitment, and safety, held with care and professional responsibility throughout the process.
